Namaste Inbhir Nis is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors in Inverness. We recently dined here and thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. The Amritsari Chhole Bhature was exceptional — the Chhole were perfectly spiced, rich, and hearty, paired with fluffy, golden bhature that were light and crisp. It truly captured the essence of Punjabi street food. The Pav Bhaji was another highlight; the vegetable mash was creamy and bursting with flavor, served with buttery, toasted pav buns that complemented it beautifully. It was a delightful balance of spice and comfort that left us wanting more. Our Matar Paneer was cooked to perfection — the paneer cubes were soft and fresh, soaking up the flavorful tomato-based gravy with peas adding a nice sweetness and texture. The paratha served alongside was flaky, warm, and ideal for scooping up the curry. Even the fries were above average, crispy and well-seasoned, a nice snack to round out the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices very reasonable for the quality served. Namaste Inbhir Nis is definitely our go-to spot for authentic Indian cuisine in Inverness. Highly recommended!

Brilliant food and brilliant service. Genuinely cannot fault this place! We were served at 10:30am Saturday, by a cheerful and friendly man who explained to us what we were considering ordering. Between the two of us eating, we had: -Chicken biryani -Pani puri/gol gappa -Bread pakora when the Pani Puri arrived he explained to options for how to eat it (there’s a spicy dressing and a sweet dressing that you can mix and match to pour into the crispy shells) We’d never had Pani puri before , but it was a great experience and bursting with flavour. (They’re not in the pic because we were too excited to eat them!) The biryani was fresh and served piping hot. It was full of flavour, and a good amount of food /good portion size. It was served with a side of pomegranate Chili salad garnish and a yogurt style dip. The bread pakora feels like a brilliant Indian twist on the classic breakfast ‘French toast’ Again, served fresh and hot with a crispy batter and packed with flavour. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable too. we will definitely be back and I literally cannot recommend this place enough - it’s brilliant!

We recently dined at Namaste in Inverness, and it was an absolute delight! The restaurant's cozy ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for a wonderful meal. For starters, we ordered the Cholley Batory, Pao Bajya, Chicken Tikka, and Wrap. The Cholley Batory was a game-changer – the flavors were rich, and the chickpeas were cooked to perfection. The Pao Bajya was another standout dish, with crispy bread and a delicious potato-based filling. The Chicken Tikka and Wrap were also tasty, but the real stars of the show were the Cholley Batory and Pao Bajya. To accompany our meal, we ordered the Samosa Chat, which was crunchy and flavorful. For dessert, the Gulab Jamun was sweet and indulgent. The bill came to around £40, which was very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I highly recommend Namaste in Inverness for its delicious Indian cuisine, cozy atmosphere, and excellent value. Rating: 5/5 stars Will I return? Absolutely, and I'm already craving that Cholley Batory!"

First time visit with family yesterday. We were greeted by a very kind, friendly and accommodating lady who was exceptionally helpful and patient. We opted for the bench seating that Namaste is able to provide that overlooks their open kitchen. 3 of us went for the meal deal and the 4th member went for a main and a naan. Very generous portions and everything is made from scratch. According to the carnivores in our group, both the lamb and chicken were cooked to perfection, and the 2 of us that went for the veggie options were highly satisfied with our very tasty choices. Huge and varied menu , very hard to narrow down choices! Something for everyone and all at a very reasonable price as you get a solid bang for your buck, the quality is superb and as mentioned before the portion sizes are excellent. We plan on going back not only due to the extensive and exciting range of dishes on offer and the very reasonable prices, but also because we had such a pleasurable experience and great customer service. Very happy with our dining experience indeed. Thank you ever so much and all the very best...
