Best burger in Scotland? What happened?! Went here on a Thursday evening at 6pm as a family. All seemed okay when we arrived, although not much atmosphere about the place, and the girl serving seemed like she didn't want to be there. With our toddlers making a racket, we quickly ordered 2 different burgers from the menu and 2 kids meals. When it came, to our surprise, were 2 plain burgers, no relish, no sauce, no salad, just 2 plain burgers on a bun. When questioned, the girl stated that we ordered plain burgers... What? Apparently you have to ordered the individual salad items and sauce seperately. And she didn't point this out or ask if we wanted plain burgers... No other burger place on earth makes you opt in for toppings by default. Well maybe five guys, but they always ask what toppings you want. I asked her to bring us a plate of salad which she did, with lettuce, tomato and onion. Yay. Had to ask again for any mayo. Burgers were dry and tasteless. Chips although cajun tasted like they only had paprika on them, no salt. Kids macaroni was very poor quality, a microwave meal would have been better.

Sorry, but if places like this exist in lieu of amazing places such as Smokehouse which recently shut down, I don't see it lasting long. Sadly.

Didn't try the desserts so perhaps they would have been something to talk about.

Ps. Ventilation is poor, when we got home, sadly all our jackets and backpack smelled of grease/cooking and had to be aired outside. Not what you want for a family...

First time ordering and must say we were very disappointed. The milkshakes were watery and tasteless with a foamy cream on top which sadly went straight to sink. The crepe was hard and solid and didn’t even taste like a crepe should. The cheesecake was crusty and the white chocolate sauce didn’t fix it at all. The waffles were soggy and the only edible thing there was were the bananas and strawberries. The hot apple pie seems overpriced taking the quality of what arrived. Safe to say the ice cream was pretty nice but probably because it wasn’t made by the restaurant.

EDIT TO OWNERS ANSWER : I am very happy that you've done an investigation and I'm concerned that you don't even recognize your desserts. This is exactly what I have received from your shop. You should be aware of what you guys serve to other people and know your food quality. I don't think you have any competitors in serving as disgusting food as yours but who I am to judge since I specialise in selling clothes. Maybe after having some of your food I could be a potential competitor because I'm sure I can make anything more...

Discriminates against disabled I ordered food to be delivered to my home I was told that they can deliver but I must go to reception to collect it. I explained to them my situation a mans shouting down the phone over a girl who originally called me telling me they don’t deliver to the van, then they don’t go into the park, blah blah blah. I asked regarding money what happens because they have accepted the order and I won’t have enough money now in my bank to order out someone else knowing it was children’s meals I was ordering and have kids to feed I was told they are away to phone the manager to see what happens regarding money. That was over half an hour and still no phone call. 2024 and discrimination against the disabled refusing them food for an order that was accepted is shocking and I will be taking this matter further as well as taking it to social media completely...
