Pegasus Kebab House — Restaurant in Scotland

AVOID….. READ MY REVIEW

One of the worst kebab shops I’ve tried anywhere in the Uk…. The staff were impolite, struggled to understand our orders despite repeatedly explaining what we wanted, then tried to overcharge us the prices on the menu. One lad asked for a pepperoni 10 inch pizza with mushrooms on. They tried to charge him for a 12 inch & extra £2 on top to add a few slices of mushroom… he said the pizza was very dry, they hardly put any sauce or topping on it. One of the other lads asked for Donna meat n chips, the man very awkwardly & plainly rude to him telling him he either ordered Donna and chips meal where he would get a small portion, or pay a good deal more for a large portion of each…. I ordered a chicken kebab wrap with cheese and chilli, costing £8.99. When it arrived it looked massive… when I unwrapped it it was cold, the wrap was a undercooked naan & there was a fresh spit of chicken kebab right in front of me, yet the chicken I was served wasn’t even hot enough to start melting the cheese…. Clearly shaved from spit hours before… and there was no chilli in the wrap. I managed 3 bites before it was too dry and I had to go elsewhere to eat.

I am always honest and fair in my reviews and on this occasion I’m sorry to say AVOID. I got the feeling they were trying to rinse every penny out of customers possible whilst providing the worst quality food legally allowed.

A1 pizza across the road provided us with forks that this place didn’t even have 😂 come on surely every takeaway should have a fork available. Definitely...

Ordered a Hogie wrap at 9:17pm and collected it exactly 15 minutes later (as instructed) at 9:32pm.

It is now 9:42pm and I’m back in my car (NOW BARRED FROM THE SHOP) with my money back.

In the 10 minutes between collecting my food and now, apparently I had time to drive round to the car park, somehow make my food cold, drive back to the shop, argue with the man behind the counter about how my food was cold. I should note that to figure out that it was cold right in the middle I had to eat to there.

If the guy had said “sorry about that” I would have accepted pretty much anything that came next.

He didn’t.

He blamed me and said I made the food cold!!...

Very disgraceful attitude from the guys in this place, went to order pizza in shop and one of the workers was laughing and I asked why are they laughing at me, thwy gave me some excuse. Because i didnt appreciate that one of guys started telling me to leave shop because I complain once before about the food being to oily the guy told me to leave the shop and not go back again as i complain to much all because I didn't appreciate getting looked at and laughed at by worker!...
