Hi, thanks for replying. For your information while I placed the order for collection I asked not twice but thrice that if I could get the piece of my choice "which was leg piece" on which I was told by the girl over the phone who was taking my collection order that yeah that wont be a problem! Then I drove for about 20 minutes in middle of my lunch break to collect my order, upon arrival the girl at the till said well we ran out of leg pieces and we have prepared breast piece instead while if you want leg piece it would take another 40-minutes (not a short time it is I guess) on which I asked them to change the order and said to them that you should have told me that over the phone which would've made it much easier on which the guy on the grill said (isko bolo lene hai to loo naai to dimaag na kharab kro; TRANSLATION: "Tell him to take whatever we've got piss me off" On which I said I dont want it please but I'll take wings instead. "WHICH WAS NOT OFFERED BY THEIR STAFF THATS WHAT I TOLD THEM TO MAKE INSTEAD" upon which they argued and then agreed! The exact words said by the girl on the till were " mujhe pata naai tha ye itna khuroos admi hai naai to iske liye leg piece pehle he rakh dete" Translation: I never knew that this guy is so grumpy and would take his leg piece this seriously or we would've separated it from another order! Been their customer from they very since they started here in Bathgate, never had a single complain from any of their staff members, deliveries, collections whatever its been 10/10 But it's just annoying and sad to see that spending that much money for a meal and not getting the worth! Iam very disappointed with this attrocious pepes branch customer service this is the WORST pepes branch in the entire uk do not go here or waste your money time and effort what so ever i have shopped here many times spent hundreds of pounds here but i still got treated so badly by staff i spoke to the owner regarding a situation which i was told and i have written evidence i will get reimbursed i am unabele to come into the branch so they should be able to work around that and refund me via online or reimburse m e for food via delivery, not force ne to come into the store.because i possibly cant, while i was speaking to the owner telliing him iam disappointed and iam busy person and i will not be bale to make it into the store to talk to him about the reimbursment situation whgich is pointless as itself because h eknows about the situation and knows that theres norhing more to talk about i honestly have no idea why he wants me to come into the store so badly iam afraid i will get insulted sagain and possibly evenphysically abused he gets very rude with me and says if iam that busy and i dont have time i shouldnt be talking to him on the phone????? what kind of disrespect and the name of customer service do you call this? beyond disrescpectfl and beyoned inconveineint first the rude staff insult me and mess up my order multiple times then i get trewated so badly by the OWN OWNER of the store that shows how much he cares about his busniess and image he absoloutley couldnt care less and just is a very arrgoant and iggnorant man please do not go here i will be spreading the message do not go to pepes bathgate if i could i would have...

Do not order delivery or even on the app. We orderall time from them (love hate relationship). They will not deliver your food, they won't even start preparing it until you phone and ask where it is. It's a 2h+ wait for delivery. If you order on the all for pick up they will not start it until you arrive. Recently they have gotten better at getting your order right which is something.

Their food is EXCELLENT but just walk in order and wait for your food, this is not a delivery, or pre order restaurant and so should not pretend to be one.

If you don't have delivery drivers or are unable to deliver with a decent time please STOP TAKING DELIVERY ORDERS
