Pescado Tapas — Restaurant in Scotland

A nice wee park in the middle of a busy shopping area. A good bit to sit and watch the hustle and bustle pass as you sit and enjoy a snack, picnic or whatever on this welcoming grassy area. There is an outdoor gym here for you to get a bit of exercise if that's what after and there is also a basketball court for anybody to get a game going. This small park is right beside a lot of cafes, pubs and eateries which you can get your choice of whatever takes your fancy to consume on any given day. All in all it's a much needed place to relax in the middle of the concrete jungle that surrounds it. On certain days, I think Saturday, there is a farmers market set up here that has local produce along with other bits and pieces from far and wide and is pleasant for a look about and purchase if you fancy. I dined here with my aunts and my two dogs recently on a Saturday afternoon, we had a late lunch. My aunts have been travelling to Spain since they were children and visit frequently, enjoying the real Spain experience as much as possible.

We choose from the 3 Tapas deal menu, the selectionis quite varied and there are plenty to choose from. The portions are fairly generous and we thoroughly enjoyed each dish. We had patata bravas, monk fish cheeks with chorizo, gambas pil pil, gamberdini, amongst others. My aunts thought it was better than other tapas restuarants they ahve tried in Glasgow.

Was really looking forward to trying this place as the menu looked great. Ignored the red flags of being sat at a dirty table and the waiter looking lost when we arrived for our booking as well as other tables looking about impatiently for their food. Despite being only 1 or about 6 tables when we arrived, we ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes for someone to take our order (something we have never done before). No one even came to take a drinks order within that time. 3 tables seated after us had their order taken by a very stressed looking a boy and all staff struggled to somehow put orders through on the till.
