Really shocking experience and I would certainly avoid this place at all costs. It’s not busy and there is an obvious disregard for customers. I feel sorry for the staff who work here as well as the adjoining hotel who have to deal with the fallout with this. We stayed in the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel next door for 2 nights - each night we ended up having drinks in the Pibroch. Most of the drinks were on a tab from a relative - it wasn’t until I had a quiet drink a lone that I realized that this place is nothing short of a scam. Glass of house wine - £9.65!?!? Crazy. Staff were very friendly and recommended some nice whisky while we waited. However we were actually served and received food very quickly.
