Shah's Palace - Kilmarnock — Restaurant in Scotland

After last using this place 2 years ago and being left dissatisfied after calling up to let them know our food delivery was wrong (was told basically, 'tough'), I decided to try again on Friday night as I know this place has largely good reviews. Bad decision. I ordered a shish kebab, which should be chunks of lamb. What I got was chunks of some sort of minced offal, mixed with gritty bits. No salad or bread offered with it. Not asked if I wanted salt/vinegar for the chips I'd ordered. When I asked about the salad, I was told that it would cost extra. I left, feeling uncomfortable, as the staff were far too busy chatting to two regulars to be bothered with me. Once outside, I tried a bit of the meat. Immediately spat it out and decided to donate the rest of the 'food' to the seagulls. Based on trying to fix an issue directly last time, coupled with the fact that customer service only applies to the locals, I didn't bother going back in to ask for a refund. Awful food, worse customer service. I went to Shah's across the road and they were brilliant. Avoid Shah's Palace, I wouldn't feed their food to my dogs (but hopefully the seagulls...

Ordered on the app when doing so I've accidentally clicked in to the one veg topping section, however when in the section the options it gave me were meat causing me not to realise my mistake. So I've selected spicy chicken expecting a spicy chicken pizza once I've collected. What I've collected is a pizza with every vegetable they serve with a spicy chicken base. I don't understand how I could get every veg when the order says oboy one veg so surely seeing that I've not selected any veg to go on they'd realise I've ordered from that section in error or at the very least just put one veg on making it easier for me to pick it off if it was something I didn't like. Tried to explain this to them to be told its what I ordered when I certainly didn't order a pizza with onions,sweetcorn mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers. Every single order/delivery is missing items. Every single time I add " please check order is complete as las time order was missing items "... And as usual order arrived missing items. But this time when calling to ask for my missing items they tried to tell me I never ordered what was missing even though I'm looking at the confirmed order as I'm speaking to them ....

Never known a restaurant to be so incapable of filling an order .. tbh I think they do it on purpose. Working in customer service my whole life, never have I experienced such poor customer service as you will get from this place .... HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT WHATS ORDERED IN A BAG AND OUT FOR DELIVERY!! ... NOT TO MENTION SPENDING £40 AND HAVE THEM LYING SAYING I NEVER ORDERED WHT WAS MISSING!! YOUS GOT CAUGHT OUT THERE...
