I ORDERED ABOUT 30 MINS AHEAD USING THE SUBWAY APP ONLY TO ARRIVE AND FIND OUT THEY HAD NO CLUE I'D PLACED AN ORDER.
They looked around then checked the till screen where I guess the app orders show up. I then saw them make my order up in front of me. There were no apologies, no sorry for the wait, then just a grunt when handing over my order. No customer service, no smile, no enjoy your food, no come again soon.
Don't bother using the Subway app to order ahead as they obviously don't check their terminal, too busy with Just Eat, etc to pay attention.

Over 10 minutes standing waiting, to find out th3 subs hadn't even been made. Got the order, went home to find I'd only been given 3x 6 inch subs, also ingredients missing.

Read moreEvery SINGLE TIME I order something I have the driver phoning me saying they can't find my house and EVERY SINGLE time I put in instructions. I don't know why they make it so difficult. I tell them that there is a note on for directions and they just said say "yeah yeah yeah ok OK ok" on the phone when I ask them if they even read the note as they can't handle being wrong. When i tell them the directions on the phone they dont listen and start being cheeky. Had enough and won't be ordering...
