Recently visited bakery Coffee and cake. I have been over the years a good regular customer....

The food is lovely and environment uplifting. Pleasant staff

However regarding the points system stamping card if purchase coffee or other drinks

Very disappointed to be advised....As I had one card nearly full and two other cards with a stamp on each...That meaning sufficient stamps for a Free coffee

I were advised this cannot be permitted As stamps must be on one card only.. they cannot transfer over to complete the card to offer the Free coffee that day.

I would need to complete all cards individually.. i were verbally advised ..To warrant a Free coffee.

Previously they did transfer stamps over on to one card.....

As Im regular customer bringing regular business to bakery...This should of been honoured on this occasion...

This is poor customer service in my view and admin over kill.

In my view, there should be inplace a customer notice...With clear instructions of their point system for cards..before you purchase drinks....

Due to my experience and disappointment I will change to...

Took my wife here for the first time and it didn't start very well, when my wife went to sit down on the chair it collapsed and she was very lucky not to have seriously hurt herself, she did have a fair bit of bruising the next day and was pretty stiff, we told the waitress who didn't even ask how my wife was which you would think would be her first priority, Anyway back to the task in hand of rating this place food was very nice although bit expensive I had a pot of tea now when I say pot it holds exactly 1 small cup of tea which I think is rather mean, normally wherever I go for a pot of tea you get minimum 1 and a half to 2 cups out of a pot I mean we're talking about some more hot water especially for the price you pay. We got our wedding cake from Honeybee and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an occasion cake.

Instead of a large wedding cake, we opted for a small 2 tier cake which was beautiful and delicious (carrot and pineapple flavour was a particular favourite for us!).

We had seen an inspiration photo online of a cake stand filled with small bakes but really struggled to find a bakery that could do something similar at a reasonable price.
