I don't often leave bad reviews but I honestly cannot in good faith recommend the Parlour.

I wanted a burger, but what they failed to mention while ordering is that you have to specify whether you want a burger or a wrap. I just mentioned the name of what I wanted, the staff didn't ask me if I wanted a wrap or a burger and brought me a wrap.

So I get my burger wrap and bite into it, but all I get is wrap and sauce. The burger patty is less than half the size of the wrap. My burger was mostly swimming inside the wrap.

When I finally manage to bite into the meat I'm met with the most overcooked and flavorless patty I've ever tasted. Honest to God it was like someone just took mince and cooked it for 15 minutes.

There were two patties in my wrap and it felt like biting through rubber.

Beyond the issue with receiving a burger within a wrap, I have absolutely no trust that this meat would've been good even in a brioche bun.

Halfway through the meal the copious amounts of what they call BBQ sauce, which tasted more like watery Sriracha broke through the wrap making it impossible to hold it.

On the bright side the fries were pretty good.

The only reason this review isn't one star is because it didn't give me food poisoning. Next time I'll just buy a...

Hi Team

Had a booking with yourselves (table 11) this afternoon and left a more that a little dissapointed.

As you'll be aware there were a group of young boys getting progressivly more obnoxious to other patrons. Doing our best to ignore them but left earlier than we would have as a result.

I went to use the bathroom before leaving and came back to my wife telling me that she individually had been singled out, as well as other females within earshot by them with verbal abuse. The two females behind us had joined in and offered my wife a seat with them... Which while appreciated shouldnt have had to be offered.

While leaving we both reported this to the male server on duty who while shocked, replied that if he hears anything else, he will ask them to leave. The reason we came to a member of staff rather than addressing them directly was to avoid things escalating further and creating a greater disturbance. It wouldve been good to have some further reassurance or action from staff. Just seemed like it wasn't really taken seriously and that as long as they are buying drinks it's fine for them to make other customers, specifically female ones, uncomfortable. Boys will be boys...

Visited today as a party of 6. Ordered our drinks, 3 of 5 choices were available, jalapeƱo margarita, french 28 and non alcoholic mojito. Parlour Peach ordered, not available, then Paloma, also not available due to lack of spirits, so a vodka and coke ordered. 2 Seville Orange spritz ordered, but no Prosecco, so advised that champagne was being bought at the local Waitrose and drinks wouldn’t be long. After an hours wait I went to speak to the manager, as by now the other members of the party had finished their drinks. Whilst the manager offered us the 2 spritz free of charge, there was no apology for the wait, I explained that the rest of the party had now finished their drinks and was told, I quote, ā€˜ I don’t know what you want me to say’. An apology wouldn’t been nice, or a bit of empathy, but neither forthcoming. On advising we’d move on, the manager said ā€˜have a nice day’. I would never frequent or recommend this place, poor service, and poor...

Was going to leave this place 2 stars cause the chips were tasty but their food has actually made me physically sick so one star it is. That was the worst ā€œburgerā€ (served on a wrap for some reason??) I’ve ever had in Glasgow, and believe me I’ve had a few. My partner ordered me the chicken burger which I was pretty excited about as how can you go wrong with that? And the chicken to batter ratio was shocking. As you can see in the photo the meat was horrendously shrunken and over fried. I was hungry so I ate as much as I could but couldn’t stomach the crunchy, oily dregs and tbh glad I couldn’t. If I’d eaten the whole thing god knows how sick I would be feeling right now. Currently nursing a sore stomach which I’m hoping is just GI inflammation due to how much grease I ingested and not food poisoning. One star for the outdoor seating which was pleasant

Don't get lured in with the outside ads of cheap drinks! We visited this pub yesterday as it has a nice seating area outside when the sun is out and also because it was advertising spicy margaritas at £5 (see photo) and pints at £3.50 all day every day, no small words or other information. We ordered 3 pints, none of them were ate £3.50 and in the menu only the alcohol free were at that price. We did order 1 spicy margarita (which wasn't that great) and paid £12! When asked about the £5 ad outside, they said it's a version with low alcohol. That's fine but it should be advertised as that or under a different name. As it is it's misleading and false advertising, not even sure if legal. Of course we won't be back and better to visit one of the many other pubs in the area.
