My partner ordered a delivery at 8.20pm this evening with an estimated delivery time of 10pm. It is now 11.45pm and we are still awaiting the order. I have phoned the shop on 3 occasions to enquire what the delay was. First contacted the shop at 10.15pm to be told that the delivery was "on it's way out the door". I waited 20 minutes and then phoned again, the staff member I spoke to appologised for the wait and said the delay was due to the fact they were very busy and that there was only 1 delivery driver but was assured that the order was infact on it's way. I am very understanding of this as I'm aware that a Saturday night is one of the busiest. I however waited a further 10 minutes and then phoned again as I was aware that the business closed at 11pm. I was told by the staff member that the order had been delivered to which I assured her it had not which is why I was phoning. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. I was then asked for my address again and told that the manager was on his way with the delivery. I now suspect that I have been shunned on the phone so that staff do not have to deal with this complaint. It's now 23.45 and I highly doubt that the order is or was out for delivery. Whilst the staff members I spoke to were very nice this is absolutely shocking service which I am very unhappy about. I certainly won't be back nor would I ever recommend crunch...

Ordered through Just Eat last night at 7pm. By 8.45 it still hadn't arrived so phoned the shop and was told our order had just left. I live a mile away so when it hadn't arrived by nine, we phoned again, to be told that the order had just left. When we said that we had been told that previously, she went to check, and came back saying that our order hadn't in fact been sent for delivery, and was still sitting in the shop because the order was over £20 and they have to confim order via phone which 'didn't work' before it could be delivered. The order had been confirmed through Just Eat on precisely the same phone.

We were told that they could have our order delivered in 40 mins which would have been nearly 3 hours after we initially ordered. By this time, it was too late as my very upset 10 year old was in bed and he never received his treat . We cancelled the order.

The home delivery service is a complete failure. My son was really upset at having to wait all night for a crepe that never came. Was warned about the terrible service but had decided to give it a go anyway. Save yourself the hassle and go buy some ice cream from Tesco. Ordered at 12:07 and received a phone call instantly asking for an additional delivery charge. Order was then delayed and delivery time changed. The time shown on Just eat ran out and "enjoy your food" appeared on the screen but I had no food to enjoy. Another 15 minutes later I eventually received my order nearly 2 hours after I placed it. The items I ordered were either desserts which were already prepared and foods which were prepared that just needed a quick reheat such as Rollover hotdogs so the preparation of the food can't have been the issue. Opened the bags to find all the dips I had ordered were all wrapped it cling film together and had leaked all over each other resulting in regular food and dessert food dips being mixed together and only good for the bin. I attempted to salvage the dips but I didn't fancy a combination of toffee sauce and garlic mayo on my food. The mustard was very obvious not mustard. I don't know what it was but it resembled old left over curry sauce that had been lying for a week. Food terrible but I expected that as the place has a reputation for being bad. Only reason I ordered was because I didn't want any of the other places that were open at the time. Never...
