VEGAN BURGER CONTAINS EGG.

I am gutted I have to write this negative review. We go here a lot for the chicken wings because the breaded ones are egg free and I have an egg allergy. The other night I went to order the chicken burger in the vegan bun with vegan mayo to be asked why. I explained I was allergic to egg and then was told I wasn't able to eat the vegan bun as it was in fact vegetarian and contains egg as a main ingredient. The chef understood that this was an issue explaining that he had discussed it with the owner however nothing had been done.

This is just NOT acceptable. If I had eaten this I would have been very sick but I would have lived - someone else wouldn't be so lucky. Anaphylaxis can KILL people and is not something a shop should take lightly. Have they not been paying attention to the news?! I am honestly so disappointed and angry at this. Its not OK. Its not OK for those who choose to be vegan for moral reasons and its not Ok for those with allergies who assume vegan means its safe for them to eat.

I fully expect a response from the owner here saying they are going to rectify this...

Used to be a good wee wing place but the new staff are atrocious. Terrible customer service and they seem not to care.. Such a shame since I used to enjoy coming here.

Online it shows as cash and card, ordered over the phone and no mention of the card machine being broken in store.

After arriving I was told to walk around the corner in the rain to get cash out.

I don't mind paying cash, I had some at home but the fact that I raised the point in asking why don't you just let people know on the phone that he machine is currently not working didint even register with him.

Lack of customer service, understanding and just plane common sense has put me right...

I don't write many reviews but I ordered a fried chicken wrap with spicy chips after a long day at work without food. Easily the worst food I have eaten in a long time. The garlic sauce in the wrap was so overpowering and the spicy chips tasted terrible. I threw the food away after a couple of bites
