Amazing, quality food. Great portion sizes. Food was presented beautifully. Loved the layout and the look of the shop. Staff absolutely went over and above expectations with their beautiful hospitality, chattiness and friendliness. Nothing was too much to ask. Been a long while since I’ve tried coffee that tastes that delicious too!

However😩.. I did ask for a hazelnut latter and was just given an ordinary latte which initially was disappointing but ended up the coffee was so tasty I didn’t need much sugar. Or possibly it was sweetened with a bit of syrup but I certainly did not taste it. I am a bit of a nerd for coffee so I’m funny when people get my order wrong though I’ve got to say in this occasion everything else was spectacular so I couldn’t take any stars off as mistakes happen. Also one of the menu items had “extra items” listed underneath-I presumed this meant another version of the sandwich for people that didn’t like avocado etc. This meant I had to send the sandwich back as I can’t stand avocado. The woman serving me was an absolute diamond and explained what had happened and couldn’t apologize enough for the misunderstanding. In hind sight I probably skim read and should have been more clear when asking for what I wanted. They made me a new sandwich super quick.
