Wongs — Restaurant in Scotland

I'd come home from work around 10 pm and thought that I would treat myself to a Chicken Curry and Chips as its been months since I had that. I would usually use Kenny's but as they only take cash i couldnt. So my order was a normal Chicken Curry which got repeated back to me. So as Wongs did always have a good name and I had been a previous customer I thought why not. So my meal arrived, thankfully for me I only tasted like a teaspoon amount of the sauce which looked a good thick consistency and immediately it burnt my lips and throat. I was like omg. I immediately called them to enquire why i got a meal that i cannot eat? I was told that i'd ordered a spicy Chicken Curry with chips which I never did? I spoke slowly and clearly. I said i never ever order anything highly spiced. I'm allergic, i ordered a normal Chicken Curry. It was getting close to their closing time. So I am wondering was this what was left? So i asked for a replacement. I was told Curries are supposed to be spicy. I said not that spicy where you can't enjoy it. I wish in hindsight I'd taken a pic of the replacement curry. It was the usual plastic tub this one with pieces of chicken and onion floating in mostly water with a hint of curry sauce with no spices. I was horrified. It took 3 hours of ice packs to calm my lips and Hives down. I took the meals back today, I was told again that i'd asked for a spicey curry. I said i NEVER used that word at all. I got my refund, after much wrangling. She tried to shortchange me, deducting the delivery driver cost as she made two trips. I said not my fault. So never again. Usually really good however the past few delivery’s have been awful especially tonight. Received order 15 mins after calling, once we opened the food out the fried rice was dry and sticky and undercooked. Chips were pre cooked and solid, the curry sauce was too thick and oily. And the salt and chilli chips were too soggy and when we called up to complain the guy on the phones response was an abrupt excuse for everything without letting me finish and when I said I wouldn’t be a returning customer after he offered me a 20% off next time he was rude and said that’s okay fine then and hung up. Not even offering a partial refund or an apology for the food just excuses...

I used to be a regular with this Chinese. But recently the quality has been going down. With my last order I waited an hour and 40 mins after being told time and time again it was almost there. I had enough. I called up and cancelled my order. 20 mins later my order arrives and I explained to the driver that I had cancelled my order. He then began shouting at me saying he had just spoken to me on the phone 2 mins ago. Which didn't happen. I felt threatened and scared. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
