We came here last night at 18:30. It wasn't overly busy and was given a table. There was five us all together. We ordered starters and main dishes. Two of the children that were with us received their main meals when we got served our starters. We then waited over an hour and asked were out main meals were. The lady then said that because we didn't tell them to clean our plates off the table staff wouldn't start the main dishes until everybody had eaten. The children and ourselves had ate our food about 50 minutes before. We asked how long our meals would be as it was now 20:00. She said that they were about to be plated. She came only with bowls of chips and gave them to the kids, even though we had previously told her on two occasions that the children have had their food and we were waiting on ours. She took away dishes the first time around. Obviously we werent happy about the wait or the lack of professionalism in the staff. We waited in total over an hour and a half for starters. The kids were fed up and so were we. Unfortunately we will not be back again. It wasn't just us in the restaurant that were not happy that night. Some people left and the rest were about to leave but their food had come out after a long wait.

From my personal experience, I would avoid at all costs.

If I could give no stars I would. The food was delicious however the staff and service is disgraceful. My sister had purchased a voucher off Groupon to treat me for my Birthday. We arrived and the early bird special menu was given, we stated we we wished to have a look at the main menu, as on the voucher it stated we could have anything up to a certain amount or pay the difference. The waitress came back and stated if you're having the lamb chops it will be a £5.00 supplement. We received are bill and they had charged us £15.00 on top of our bill. When asked why, the waitress was extremely rude. We showed her the voucher and after a few minutes of being extremely rude to us. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't helpful and stated Groupon has made an error. We advised that this is what we had purchased and we had ordered everything under the price of the terms of the sale.. It ended up getting very heated and the waitress who was very rude kept shouting I told you I told you. The manager starts explaing the costs of the food,however we explained again and showed him the voucher conditions. All of which we had obeyed. Basically he was taking £1.00 off the main menu prices. At this point I lost my temper and told him we would pay for are drinks however we have already settled our bill. We ended up agreeing to pay £5.00 extra however I will never ever set foot in there again and will be contacting Groupon and trading...

1st time here. Lovely atmosphere here and nice interior. Ordered a mixed kebab. Waited at least half hour which wasn't a problem to me as I felt the food would make up for the slow start. This was 2 chicken wings, lamb chop, chicken skewer, pieces of lamb and a kofta type thing. Also included rice chips and salad. No bread unless you ask but it's not bread you can use to wrap your meat in. This didn't matter to me but my partner was disappointed. The meat was really nice other than the kofta thing. This I can only describe as horrible. It reminded me of one those cheap burgers from a stall, it was soggy and tasted undercooked which was very disappointing as I usually look forward to eating this part of the kebab. The rice and salad was nice but the chips were soggy and looked like they'd been cooked in dirty oil, inedible. So this place has its up's and it's downs.
