We spent a few days in Southport recently. We came across this little gem. On entering there is a small courtyard which I guess is used in Summer, inside the tables were nicely spaced, hand gel on tables. The decor was truly Greek, (Greek owner/chef)with blue walls and plenty of Greek memorabilia around. It really felt like you were in a Greek restaurent on holiday. The staff were friendly, especially the lady from Romania whose name I have forgotten. Menu was very good. They even do an early evening menu which is a set price. We had some dips and pitta bread to start, then grilled prawns and Klefitko, both come with Greek salad chips and rice. We had a bottle of retsina, and my husband finished with a metaxa. The second night we had chicken souvlaki, mixed souvlaki again accompanied with Greek salad (the dressing was lovely) chips and rice. All washed down with Mythos beer. If you enjoy going on holiday to Greece, try this place you will not be disappointed. We will definately be back when we are next in Southport.

Amazing food, lovely owner, however the waitress is extremely miserable. We have been there more than once, and she's always miserable. That did not stop us enjoying the gorgeous food. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Definitely value for money.

Staff are very friendly and food is well priced, great value for money. Each dish was packed full of flavour and I would recommend trying! First time visiting and we would definitely return due to the speedy service and overall ambience.

Lovely food. Loverly old fashioned atmosphere. Where they could improve is thinking a bit more about food allergies and intolerances. One member of our party needs to be glutton free, and it was not clear from the menu, what she could eat. Also there were dishes that are easy enough to make glutton free, that were not. Which was a shame. Also. Baby changing. They don't have a dedicated facility. Not great in the 21st century. But I gave it five stars for everything because despite all that, the food was great, the service was excllent, and the atmosphere relaxed. The staff could not have been...

Certainly not unpleasant in any way but the food did not meet our expectations which, for Greek food in particular, are always high.

The hummus was average, the taramasalata bordering unpleasant and the cheese parcels unremarkable. The mezze, somewhat inexplicably, came with chips and rice, neither of which we very nice. The pitta bread was absolutely delicious though.

I really wanted to like the place and the service was very friendly but, ultimately, it's unlikely to be a regular...
