⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩 I recently had the pleasure of visiting an incredible Nepali restaurant in Southport, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. They provided excellent service from start to finish, great knowledgeable and hospitable staff!

Now, let's talk about the food. The flavors were absolutely sensational! The Nepali dishes were prepared with such care and attention to detail, resulting in an explosion of authentic flavors that I haven't experienced anywhere else. The momo dumplings were a true highlight - steamed to perfection and filled with delightful spices and tender meat.

The menu had a fantastic variety of options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impeccable. Each dish was beautifully plated, making it a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was delightful, with tasteful decor that reflected the richness of Nepali culture. It was a pleasure to dine in such a welcoming and cozy environment.

In conclusion, if you're looking for an extraordinary dining experience, this Nepali restaurant in Southport is a must-visit. It captures the essence of Nepal through its incredible food, friendly staff, and charming atmosphere. Don't hesitate to give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Honestly would give this place more stars...

It was my first here,I've been wanting to go for a while. The service was amazing, they all seemed very welcoming and friendly. The food I mean..wow If I were to suggest anything it'd be the garlic naan it's not only super tasty but also a good portion for 1. I ordered the lamb biryani,I chose the medium spice with a mild sauce. Despite, the spice level not being as high as I thought it'd be and wasn't super in love with the sauce, the biryani itself was banging 👌🏼 And my partner chose the mushroom rice with the chicken bhutuwa, which he said was lovely. But let me tell you the portion sizing was beautiful!!! If you are someone that wants to get their money's worth as well as good quality food then, come to the Great Himalayas!!! Will definitely be back.

The only fault would be the menu does not show that it caters to dairy and gluten intolerances but apart from that I'm beyond impressed and very...

Disappointing experience They, were informed it was a birthday, treat when I made the booking Turned up fifteen minutes early to be told the table wasn't ready which is fair enough. I asked can we sit at the bar and have a, drink this dispite lots of room was not encouraged. In our opinion a lost opportunity financially, and on a welcoming basis. Food was a 7 out of 10..but the experience was that of a canteen atmosphere. Would we return... No... When spending well earned money the experience came way lower than we envisaged. Get yourself together and create a more inviting experience.. Create that small space at the bar for a drink whilst waiting for the table to become free.. If someone specifies a special birthday occasion aknowlege it.. Simple steps to make in this ever growing industry. We felt this, was a place that you go to when you've had a few drinks... It was by no means a...

I heard excellent reviews about this restaurant last year but had forgotten about it until yesterday. Am so glad they managed to fit us in just turning up. Lovely decoration inside the restaurant with big photos of Nepal and the himalayas. I had never had Nepalese food before so was keen to see their version of curries compared to Indian. First of all the poppadoms tasted a little peppery which was a great flavour. The dips being mango chutney, onions and what may have been a spicy crushed pea one were nice. However the main courses were just outstanding the lamb I had was tender and the flavour of the dish was just mouthwatering. The mushroom rice was lovely and fluffy and even the chips were so mourish. No need to put salt or vinegar on them. Will definitely be back. Top drawer.
