I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the dining experience at your establishment. The quality of the food was regrettably substandard, with dishes appearing to be pre prepared and lacking freshness. Notably, the pasta was exceptionally bland and devoid of any discernible flavor. Compounding this, the service provided was wholly inadequate. Our server exhibited an unprofessional demeanor and rushed us through our order of food, resulting in an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. Equally concerning was the conduct of the manager/waiter who took the order, whose disrespectful approach failed to address our questions regarding food which further diminished our experience. It is apparent that there is a significant need for improved leadership within your team, as the behavior displayed did not model exemplary customer service standards for other staff members. I strongly recommend a thorough review of your staff training and customer service practices to prevent future dissatisfaction among customers. Regrettably, due to this unacceptable experience, we will not be returning to your establishment. Great food, when it arrived! I was on a works trip on my own and called in before I checked into my hotel, the service team were really honest and attentive and said they had no space inside for another 30 minutes but there was space on the terrace, other people were eating out here as well. At no point did anyone say it would delay any proceedings with taking my order or getting food out to me. Saw more walk-ins arrive after me who got their orders taken before me which was disappointing, had the feeling I'd been forgotten about for a while. My starter didn't arrive until around an hour and 15 minutes after I sat down, which is definitely the longest I've ever had to wait. Went here as a large group, pre-booked, so they were very aware of our visit, however, after rapidly getting served with all of our drinks and starters, we then sat and waited just over 90 minutes to receive our mains! We sat and watched multiple other tables that had arrived after us receive their mains and in some cases deserts too! The staff were informed and very little was said, some comment about the gas that made no sense considering meals were still coming out. The response we received for the delay was lemoncello shots.. Lemon flavoured P!SS basically, something often given out to group anyways! Needless to say, the service was shocking on this visit and I felt embarrassed for bringing guests here.
