Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sefton

First ever visit to this business. Located in a very busy area, Aintree Shopping Park. Easy access by car, train. I was hesitating between the McDonald’s (with the rude attitude, ice cold restaurant and ice cold food) or this, new option: Tim Hortons. As never been in this chain, never tried their food I was just suspicious of them. First impression was the warm air, spacious floor, big, clean windows and really comfortable chairs (cosy sits), tables. Felt like a somewhere between a restaurant and coffee shop. Found a comfortable place to settle, then took a place of order on the touchscreen. The service was quite slow (cca. 10 minutes). They asked for apologies for the delays, they were kind, friendly. Food was HOT (not room temperature like other chains), the whole meal was really and surprisingly delicious! I had cheddar and chutney crispy chicken sandwich with strawberry milkshake. The whole taste altogether was just PERFECT! While we were consuming the food, a guy came around and asked if the customers were satisfied. As a bonus: we bought a box of doughnuts selection. Again: it was just great, tasty!

Tim Hortons has become one of my go-to spots! I absolutely love their hash browns, Timbits, and the classic glazed ring donuts—always fresh and tasty. One of my favorite hot drinks is the famous French Vanilla Latte, and their hot chocolate is also a must-have, especially on a cold day. I also enjoy the cheesy bites—they're the perfect snack!

However, I’m not a fan of the lattice fries—they're often cold and sometimes seem undercooked. That’s the only downside I’ve noticed.

On a positive note, the staff at Tim Hortons are truly amazing. Every time I visit, the service is warm and welcoming. Today, I was served by a lovely staff member named Dipa, who went above and beyond. I had ordered a burger, but it didn’t taste quite right. I politely mentioned it, and within a minute, another staff member named Muskan prepared a fresh one for me. Dipa even brought it directly to my table and surprised me with a free donut as a kind gesture. That’s what I call real customer care!

Overall, the food (except the lattice) is well-prepared, and the service is excellent. Thanks to Dipa and Muskan for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be...

The first time i came here was awful i have a group of kids sitting behind me doing things (they shouldnt be doing)and nothing was getting done by the staff so me and my Friend ended up leaving even though we had not finished then when we had left and got into the car we then seen them getting told to leave,idont know why it had to take so long to ask them to leave,i thought it was very unprofessional to not ask them to leave as soon as the kids where ‘doing stuff’ I thought i would give this place another shot because i did enjoy the tea from here so i had my dinner here with a friend and Food was nice but cold and was charged £4ish more then what i should have paid i didnt realise until i had sat down and looked at the receipt and when i spoke to the person on the till about as nice as they was i didnt receive a refund for the extra £4ish i paid,they did give me two donuts for free but that disnt solve the problem because im still £4 down and stuck with 2 donuts i didnt want and didnt enjoy Definitely would not visit here again and would not recommend here to any of my...
