Nine Dragons Ltd — Restaurant in Sefton

During my visit to Liverpool at the end of January, my friend and I stumbled upon the Nine Dragon Chinese Restaurant around 8 p.m., and to our surprise, we were the only customers at the time. Initially, we were a bit concerned about the lack of patrons, but any doubts quickly dissipated as we indulged in some of the most delicious Chinese cuisine we've ever tasted.

The dishes served were not only incredibly flavorful but also generously portioned. While everything we ordered exceeded our expectations, there was one minor hiccup with the egg fried rice, which felt slightly dry and lacked a bit of seasoning. If the chef intended to create a balance that would complement the other dishes we ordered, then that itself is commendable.

Despite the slight dryness, the lack of greasiness in the fried rice was actually refreshing, and it was the only drawback we could find. Overall, the dining experience at the Nine Dragon Chinese Restaurant was outstanding, and we left feeling satisfied and impressed by the quality of the food and service.

We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking authentic Chinese cuisine in Liverpool, and we look forward to returning to explore more of their menu...

“Simply Outstanding” Nine Dragons is far from your average restaurant, from the minute you arrive here you are made to feel very welcome and the quality service continues right through to the moment you leave. My partner and myself chose a special banquet for two. So we had hot and sour/chicken sweetcorn followed by all your usual suspects= prawn toast,spring rolls, the most beautiful honey bbq ribs and crispy samosa..shortly followed by duck and pancakes accompanied with the freshest spring onion and black bean sauce…..by this stage the starters had been so generous we had to ask for the two main meals to be boxed up which was done superbly without fuss…we did eat the absolutely melt in the mouth beef and satay chicken with the most amazing fried rice I have ever tasted the following day at home……you simply have to come and experience Nine Dragons” you won’t want to book any other Chinese once you’ve...

Great selection of quality food. We booked for a meal to celebrate my birthday. As it was early we were the only ones there which started us worrying about the food quality... We needn't have, as the table was clean and the food was delicious, plentiful and filling (which put paid to the old joke "If you go out for a Chinese meal... You'll need to go to the chippy on the way home) The staff were fantastic and very helpful, explaining to my 14 year old daughter what each dish on the menu contained and how it was prepared and cooked. The restaurant soon filled up but we still didn't have to wait too long for our meals to arrive.
