Old Roan Fish Bar — Local services in Sefton

My husband ordered our two beef fried rices at 5.45pm on Friday 17th april 2020. We asked for them both to be without onion due to allergies. And came 1hour and 30 minutes later came with onions in them both so rang shop spoke to manager was a bit rude. But said they would send new orders out came another 2hours and 30minutes later and got charged another £6.00 for there mistake so rang up again spoke to the manager said next time we order food from there again we would only get charged for 1 meal but just went to order again through food hub and we've been blacklisted at our address so rang shop up for the 3rd time spoke to a staff member who was extremely rude this time and I asked for the money back got told no and got me to ring up and speak to the manager at 10pm. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED IT EITHER AFTER BEEN SPOKEN...

Absolutely trash place to eat I went in today and asked for a chicken curry half and half however was given nothing of the sort. They shouted chicken curry half and half so I paid for it however I was greater with a meal which I don't know what to call there where eggs on it which were burned there was chicken but it was raw and finally there was rice a high amount of undercooked rice which felt like chewing gum in my mouth. Have to say won't be eating there again as it seems the person who I thing is the owner (older man) prefers to sit and talk to a customer he knows very well than take orders on people who were waiting around 20 minutes...

This isn't the first time I've fallen ill from food served by the old Roan food takeaway. The 1st time it was special curry with FR and left me running to the bathroom all night. Yesterday I had the peking sauce special, inc beef, pork chicken, prawns. The meat was so dry and tuff, like it had been over blasted in the microwave or had server freezer frost. There's no way it was cooked from fresh and yet again despite only eating a small amount, I was running up and down to the bathroom all night. Absolutely disgusting food,wouldn't feed it to the rats. Never again will I use that...
