The place was so filthy. The floors were a mess and any empty tables had dirty trays on them, some dirty trays were even placed on the side by the window so other customers could use the table. I had to ask for paper towels to wipe our table with. The spoon we were given for our cake wasn't clean either.

Went the loo before we left, there's only 1 toilet and the toilet seat wasn't even attached. It was leaning on the side of the toilet on the floor. And toilet itself was filthy.

This is in no way the fault of the staff. There was only 3 of them. 1 for the drive thru, 1 to ask customers what they wanted to order and 1 to make the drinks. They are seriously understaffed and whoevers running the place should never let the place run with so few people. I feel bad for them as you could tell they were rushed off their feet but were pleasant and gave amazing customer service. They're the only reason I'm not giving it a 1 star.
