I am writing to formally share my deep disappointment regarding the behavior of your front staff during my recent visits. This is not the first time I have faced such issues—this was already the second incident where we had to argue with them, something I normally never do. Your staff spoke to us rudely, without any manners or respect, even in front of their senior colleagues. They behaved as if it was acceptable to speak in such a way to customers, which left us feeling insulted. What is more concerning is that they even twisted our words and accused us of saying things we never said. If there is any doubt, I kindly request you to check your CCTV footage and audio recordings to verify the truth. We are confident that the recordings will prove our side of the story. To make matters worse, your staff even told us directly: “If you have a problem with us, don’t come here to eat food.” This was shocking to hear, especially because we are regular customers who have supported your restaurant consistently. No guest should ever be told not to return, particularly loyal ones. This type of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. Staff members should treat customers with basic courtesy, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, the way your team handled us was extremely disappointing. Read moreSo this is a bit of a funny 1 for me, I placed my order waited an hr n 10 miuite for it to be delivered for the delivery driver to turn up with a passenger in towe who was trying to charge me £15 for my delivery my order only come to £12.30 which I no isn't a major difference but this is the type of drivers this company has working for them. When I confronted said driver with my just eat order on my phone he then went on to get aggressive and threaten to knock me out. When I called chinos to inform them of this they went off as if they was bothered and investigating when I kicked off and said I wanted my food i only placed as I was hungry this take away then chose to send out the exact same driver as sent out before who turned up with his hood drawn apologising I have reported this take away to the police for they delivery drivers amd they bully boy tactics don't even know how they have made it this far heard so many bad things about this take away but I was hungry and gave them the benefit of the doubt wish I never did as they lived up to the expectations everyone warned me about and I believe as I ordered at around 1.30am they clearly thought I was some drunken mess they could take advantage off but they tried the wrong person so a word of warning to all u people who consider ordering from chinos after a drink especially as they seem to think they can take advantage and then to take piss even more when they resent my food it was the same delivery driver as an hr n half previous m the tray looked ber as f**k red chicken meat didn't even exist as the delivery driver and his gf...

However the customer service is atrocious- REMEMBER WHO IS KEEPING YOUR SCAMMING BUSINESS RUNNING !!!! I’ve seen a lot of other people complaining about the same thing- never took note of it until today. Ordered 2 meals and a desert and drinks- nothing hard or complicated at all. It comes to 20 minutes past the estimated delivery and i revive a spamming of calls from a number located in Scotland? So obviously why would I pick it up? I was then left an AGGRESSIVE voicemail being told my delivery was here. I had been sat down stairs waiting- didn’t hear a single car on the street and not one in sight- no knock on the door either. I tried ringing back but this was the Uber helpline they called from??? I tried the number on the Uber page- and it didn’t work. Tried the number off google, and it was busy the multiple times I tried calling. Okay then. My order then gets pushed back ANOTHER HOUR so clearly it was NEVER DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED. I waited for the next estimated time. 5 minutes passed the estimated time and it was apparently ‘delivered’. Absolutely disgusting service. Stealing money from people- for what?
