Nice calm, airy place with good treats, clean, warm and comfortable. Easy to park. The only thing I don't like is that many places are making staff wear headsets whilst they work. It affects customer interaction which means it affects customer service. I will say, however, that Costa had a member of staff without a headset and one with, so maybe they at least attempt to keep the 'human' side of service for their customers. Well it's a Costa, and it will definitely cost you a pretty penny. The staff here were friendly and welcoming and efficient. The building is new and sits on an industrial estate, it doesn't really have an atmosphere although seemed busy on my visit. The real let down was the food. I had a breakfast meal deal which consisted of an egg and mushroom Bap, which though tasty, was luke warm at best and the egg seemed a bit underdone, while the bap was a bit tough. The coffee was just okay, decent froth on the cappuccino not too much chocolate powder, but again...

This costa is fantastic, the service is very nice and smooth. The cleaning level is extraordinary, never visit a coffee place that clean in uk. Is 12 out of 10. Everything shines and the glasses are extremely clean and no shadows or fingers. I am Spanish and I use to be a waitress and I see things that regular customers don’t. I am amused by how good things are here. Well done to the team. Bravo! 👏
