Nafis Fast Food — Restaurant in Sheffield

(Read on my review has changed since last time of this glowing review) Food is nice from here compared to the one round corner everything is fresh soft and tasty especially there naan Donner's and mixed Donner's I have no fault with the food just one complaint the driver is always late or never turns up on time I would only recommend collection if you drive and delivery if you don't but other than this mistake all staff lovely nice and polite respectful did I mention lovely food tasty also if you have a parent or family member with not many teeth I suggest this shop as food is soft even the chips compared to most I've ordered from fresh chips and soft food shop is nice and friendly atmosphere to all good no complaints from me at minute thanks keep up the good work nafis takeaway staff and you will survive for many years to come good luck and thanks for reading

Update food stale delivery driver always pissing Oder up and late brings the wrong items I didn't order bringing an order I placed 3 days ago which I got 3days ago then bringing me the same order which I didn't order or some one else's order missing items meal deal with some get a drink but they don't deliver it I call and call it's like speaking to a foreign call center no one speaking English always broken English in there singiesong voice not nice at all to say I'm loyal customer they even started charging me delivery charge after the manager said loyalty cost nothing no charge for delivery but now im paying for delivery still same owner they need to tell staff who is loyal and whos not I order quite abit but not now menu gone in bin no more horride place how they treat you been ordering for quite some time this is how we get treated update from...

(Worth reading) (DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THE WORST!) HATE THE NEW OWNERS!!! MISS THE LAST OWNERS! Imagine for delivery, I ordered cheese burger and chips with Pepsi, which the guy said was £4.50 as a meal and without a meal it’s £3.50. I also ordered 10 wings and chips with wedges, which was £4.50 without wedges it’s £4.00. I DID NOT get my WEDGES OR MY PEPSI. So I rang them up and talked to them and he goes my cheese burger and chips was £4.50 which it was not!! It was £4.50 with a drink which I did not get (bear in mind I wanted to enjoy my food with a nice fizzy drink, since I had none at home). I then said “my food should’ve been £3.50 but I got charged for my Pepsi which I did not get” and he ended the call. I tried calling back but he didn’t pick up I tried calling from my sisters phone but still went straight to voicemail. GOT SCAMMED. It’s not even about the money it’s the fact I wanted my Pepsi. He totally ignored me so his delivery driver doesn’t “waste his petrol” on giving my Pepsi which they forgot. MY BURGER TASTED DRY, MY WINGS TASTED SALTY AND MY CHIPS TASTED WIERD. Food is ok quality when they get it correct, however some of the drivers are rude as anything and lying so and so's. Had a driver tonight think he can talk to me like dir, said he's been waiting ages for me. I had 1 missed call 30seconds before I went out to him so as I was getting abuse I said you have called me 1 minute ago. Went and looked on our "CCTV" he was there about 2 minutes tried jiggle the gate, called me then gave me abuse for nothing. Obviously hoped I'd give him something for his inconvenience even tho hes a lier. Should get better staff and ones with more respect towards women! Wont use again and don't really recomend.
