Sheffield Discount Furniture Store — Hotel in Sheffield

I came here to order 2 mattresses and an ottoman bed frame with a headboard. I was then told I would be able to get it all assembled for free as I had spent quite a bit of money so on my receipt it said for the people who came to deliver it to assemble it. However when they came they did not do this however I didn’t want ti cause an issue so I left it thinking I would be easy enough to do myself. When doing this there were lots of little bits and bobs and I couldn’t figure out how to do this so I came back and the man nicely offered to have them come back a fix it. On a side note completely my fault but I did forget to do this sooner after they came the first time but the man there had not issue with this. 2 men came and I heard them saying horrible things about me saying things like “omg they don’t even have their receipt” and “the bed it filled with stuff how ridiculous”. I’m regards to the receipt when I booked for them to come back I was going to come back to show proof that I paid but the man said it was fine and booked me in anyway so I didn’t think I’d have to show the receipt when they came so I hadn’t looked for it. Then with the bed being full all they had to do was ask if I could take everything out I would’ve taken max 5 mins to do. Also I had already mindfully emptied my room the best I could as it was small so it’s not like I wasn’t considerate and overall they could’ve just asked for it to be moved. Ultimately it was extremely rude to have someone in your own house saying horrible things. Will never come here again after...

We bought a leather sofa and also an oak dining table table and chairs the goods were excellent the price was unbelievable for the furniture and the delivery service was excellent also the whole experience from start to finish was the best service ever a special mention to the guys who delivered the goods they were very professional polite and courteous we will be using their services again for some bedroom furniture and I would like to highly recommend anybody to go and check this store out

I have bought several items from this company over the years, I actually refitted my house with different pieces of furniture from them given the prices. Its great as they have ex-display or end of lines, which means the big stores decide not to sell them anymore, which is my bonus - I will have last years fashion at a knock down price. They delivered my sofa and mattress today. The sofa comes in pieces which they put together for me, I didn't have to do anything. They had some obstacles on taking away my old sofa as it was too big to go through the door and it was very heavy too but they worked it all out which was amazing. I would recommend the company to everyone. They are really friendly and approachable, so you can ask any questions you want and the delivery guys are awesome....
