It happened twice now. Ordered coffee for click and collect, and money were taken from my bank account. Went to shop, they said that order hasn't come through to their till. First time I've offered to pay again, but manager agreed to do a drink after a short argument, when showed her a bank statement. She showed me, that there are camera's in shop and it's all recorded. Ordered a new drink last week. Money were taken again, showed my bank account, manager says she hasn't received it. So paid for the drink again. Trying to get in touch with office and no reply as actually I've paid for the drink twice now, i think this is really unfair as im a regualr customer at Costa. i would now consider not visiting this store again as the store managers attitude was very rude

Just had an great time at Costa crystal peaks today, awesome attentive customer service and everything tasted amazing especially the flat white and a nice piece of half price carrot cake!!

We took our 2 grandsons in Costa on Saturday lunch time BIG mistake Never have we been in such a terrible costa It was very busy very dirty the staff were just plain rude very obviously overworked but civility costs nothing I take my 5 year old grandson to a Costa in Next at Meadowhead regularly he loves the hot chocolate with all the toppings and chocolate sprinkles I ordered this for him and received a hot chocolate I asked about the toppings and was told I needed to pay extra I did this but no cream I had to pay extra which again I did On looking at my bill I had already paid for the extras so I went back to the queue and was thrown £1 but no apology Never again will we...

Attended this branch at 8:50pm on the 18/06/2017 and requested four drinks. Advised that they were about to close but if I drove my vehicle around they would serve me but only after I questioned them about their actually closing time of 9pm. Made me drive through the drive thru to pay then passed the drinks to my wife who was stood outside the drive thru window. The young lady that served me was extremely rude and impolite and the drinks were also cold. Naver heard of anything so ridiculous as being asked to drive my vehicle through a drive thru to pay when I'm actually stood...
