Subway — Restaurant in Sheffield

Placed an order for collection today , left a note for extra mayo. Well I could not believe the state of the sandwich I opened, I so wished I’d have taken a photo because you wouldn’t believe it unless you saw it. It was a mayo sandwich, absolutely filthy. When you say extra mayonnaise you don’t mean the full bottle. Along with this the tangy cheese nachos were cold soggy and stale. Took both back, so very rude about it. The girl sarcastically said “so you don’t want extra mayo then” like yes we do but not the full bottle also as a former subway worker I know for a fact “extra mayo” is an extra line of it! The sandwich and nachos was replaced, but the nachos was still stale so got chucked. I’d appreciate an email address to put a complaint in. It’s such a shame as we’ve used this subway for ages as it was our go to!...

Only downside was there was no butter on the sandwich. Not sure if this is typical but it wasn't offered. Otherwise it would have got five stars. Like the fact it's freshly made to your exact requirements (except for butter). Plenty of ingredients and sauces to choose from, to go on your preferred kind of bread, so there should be something to suit most tastes. Not the cheapest option around, but the ability to customize...

Tasted much better than it looked! The staff were efficient and friendly. Lots of choices, and all looked fresh. Meals came with a choice of bottled drink or refillable from the machine and cookies 🍪 or crisps 😋 The only downside was the seating area was ready for a sweep and wipe down but they were pretty busy.
