Possible SCAM ALERT! I was asked if I'd like to buy a £1 scratch card with my order to which I replied yes, I then watched the girl select a card from a small pile of about 10-15 which were scattered all over the side of her till (drive through window) she held the card up and looked at it for a few seconds b4 handing it to me which was a little strange, why examine the card so much before handing it to me??? Upon inspection there was 2 scratches which partially revealed what was behind the panel, I asked the girl for a new card that hadn't been tampered with but the pile she had in front of here were all scratched!!! I could see them with my own eyes!! The girl had to go into the back office to fetch a fresh pile of cards which were all perfect, at this point the manager came and I asked why they were giving people cards that had clearly been tampered with! Both staff were extremely quiet and tried hard to make various excuses, it was pretty obvious they were handing out cards that had been tampered with, the girl knew she had given me a card that had been tampered with but completely denied this when I asked her why? Both her and the manager knew they'd been rumbled! Charity cheats!!! You should all be ashamed...

So, I've never seen such a dirty filthy place to eat. Anywhere. Ever.
There was soil all over the floor. The entrance area actually had litter left in it. The toilets were flooded. The tables had litter on them and hadn't been cleaned. One of the 2 self service screens wasn't working.
The store was unable to scan the voucher from my app (my phone works just fine at other KFC outlets). In the end the manager intervened, and they had to reboot the till. It took about 8 minutes to serve me. My friend had already ordered, been served and almost finished his food by the time I was served.
During the time I was kept waiting, the queue of customers built up behind me. Not at any point did anyone consider opening a second till and serving the other customers.

However yesterday we were in a hurry to get back to a 1yr & 5 yr old waiting with their dad..to get their tea before bedtime. So my daughter asked the server 'Is everything in there?' The server said it was. So we came home & served up the family. At this point we noticed ordinary chips & sweetcorns were missing. So my daughter rushed back as there wasn't enough dinner for everyone. My daughters food was cold by the time she got back. On looking at her receipt, the member of staff was called Amy who had conveniently left for the night. An apology was given but that's all. So 2 trips including fuel & a cold meal is not what is expected from such a big company that has outlets all over the world. As said...not the...
