I came from London with a mate of mine for a day out in Sheffield on a Saturday & discovering this place is probably 1 of the best things that happened for us, their are many great food places in London especially in the chicken & chips & wings & burger category but in all my life I gotta say this 1 probably outlasts, outclasses & outshines all of them.
To start off... the service 1st of all is 1st class, the atmosphere is very calm & soothing, not loud & busy like other places which is good for me as I like quiet places where I can sit & relax in peace, better then having a million people staring at u when ur eating which can get really uncomfortable & annoying, so atmosphere is 10/10.
Now the food is absolutely exquisite, a rating out of 5 doesn't do it justice, even a rating out of 10 I would argue is too low, in the famous words of "Jose Mourinho" lol 😅😂🤣 I would give this place an 11/10, the rating that I want to give is not even listed which is criminal cause 11/10 is 100% 😅🫡😎⭐️🌟 what I give this place without a doubt!!!
The fact this place is HALAL puts the cherry 🍒 or icing on it lol cause I am muslim ☪️ so I'm proud of my people that they can make amazing food like this & provide amazing service as well.
The thing that makes this place so elegant & brilliant is that not just the food but everything about it is just top notch from the food to the service to the atmosphere & it is very rare to find all these traits in a food place, so for all those things it fully deserves the rating I'm giving & the best review im giving for anything, it does not flatter this place at all what im saying, once you go their you will feel exactly what I felt when I went their... ABSOLUTELY SCINTILLATING.
I would love if they had an Imran's branch in London this place would absolutely flourish & I would be a regular visitor for sure 😎🫡⭐️.

Read moreI would like to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Imran Take Away Restaurant on London Road. Today, on the 8th of January 2024, at approximately 14:30, I visited the restaurant to order my food.
Upon entering, I noticed that the lady at the till was engrossed in a phone conversation. She did not acknowledge my presence or greet me in any way. I patiently waited for her to finish her call, assuming it would only take a moment. However, to my surprise, she remained on the phone for at least 4 minutes without even making eye contact with me.
As a long-standing customer of Imran's, I was taken aback by the lack of customer service I experienced. The staff members used to be friendly and attentive, but this incident has shown a significant decline in their behavior. It is disheartening to see a place that I have frequented for years treat their loyal customers in such a dismissive manner.
Regrettably, due to this incident and the deteriorating customer service, my friends and I have decided that we will no longer be patrons of Imran's. We have always enjoyed the food and ambiance of the restaurant, but the unprofessional conduct of the staff has led us to seek alternatives.
I hope that Imran Take Away Restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their customer service. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service. I sincerely hope that future customers do not have to endure similar experiences and that the management takes appropriate steps to rectify...

I used to go in fairly regularly before the refit and the quality has dipped both in terms of the food and staff! I normally order a mighty peri burger and, despite repeatedly asking for it to not come with cheese, I was given a meal with cheese, the wrong sauce and no salad! I opened it at home to discover this, walked back and asked for it to be remade as I can't mix milk and meat. The staff member literally laughed in my face, handed it to a colleague who barely moved to then just try to peel the cheese off and give it back to me!
Upon seeing this, I asked firmly for a remake which the sales person made a large fuss about, claiming that peeling the cheese off solved the problem. I explained that it was a religious matter and that the order was wrong anyway so insisted on a remake. The remake came with a sneer from said rep and I opened it in store to find that, once again, the order was covered in cheese! I then asked for a refund and she suddenly started back peddling, saying how they were very sorry and would remake it to my specification but I had none of it.
Honestly, I hope that this matter would be handled better in the future. Being discriminated against is not acceptable, nor is solving a nisorder by peeling off offending items.
