Not a good experience personally. The drinks were watery and seemed to be very diluted. Also, the room itself admitted a bland, stale odour. The staff who were on for the night were arrogant and somewhat ignorant especially towards the customers as they allegedly spread false rumours to others which have been proven wrong by witnesses that saw the situation. Furthermore, there were current faults with the building itself such as the toilets out of order, toilets without locks and built-up grime on the floors, walls etc. In addition to this humble complaint, the costs were sky-high and didn’t deliver the experience we were promised. Had a dinosaur themed birthday party for a six year old. It was an absolutely amazing experience for them. The host was outstanding in all of her interactions with the kids. They loved the dinosaurs, especially the life-sized blue.

My only criticisms would be the lack of interaction/information during the first 30 minutes (they did run over the original end time, so it was still 2 hours, just didn't know what was happening at first), and unfortunately the heating had failed so it was very cold till the gas heaters got working.

Hi my name is Daniel and I came to this restaurant this afternoon. I recommend this place so much for kids. I am 11 years old and I have to say this place is amazing. Great food for example veggie burger and spicy Mexican burger. Cool dinosaurs such as a moving t-rex and statues of triceratops etc. The guy that served us was entertaining and extremely nice and even showed me some baby dinosaurs with both different personalties. The chef is a great cook. 10/10. I recommend having your kids...
