Ecclesfield Grill — Restaurant in Sheffield

We have been going hear for months and they have allways been delisous but we oderd monday cheese sause was off we rang them up and they said they would send a replacement and was really rude towards my partner but we told him to send it next time but he suppoasbly sent it anyways so i checked my cctv cameras and no delivery driver turnd up so we oderded today and i asked for cheese sause when odering he didnt send none out so i rang up and asked for it and he got really mouthy over the phone to me and i told him i had cctv to prove that the dilivery driver didnt bring the cheese sause that he had sent out and still had the audasity to ask me for payment of another this place has gone down...

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a margarita pizza , turned up as a garlic bread with cheese and mushroom (no similarity at all). They finally sent out the correct pizza when the delivery driver asks for the wrong pizza back and stud arguing with me and he only walked away when I said he shouldn’t be taking food back cos of covid. He still wanted to take it back even after I said it’s been in the bin (after it’s already been touched) to take it back to shop. All food was horrible anyway and probably come from someone...

How hard is it to make a mushroom garlic bread? Obviously too hard, I don't like tomato on garlic bread, but I got it, it's got a really funny taste, fried chicken was cold, soggy, chips were good tho, when you order through just eat you can't pay cash, and what's with the service charge?
