Bought two drinks. Yes, two. Waitress came to ask if I wanted another drink or anything else which I declined at that moment. I would have got some food pretty soon afterâŠ
I was then greeted by another waitress A MINUTE later explaining that the table was booked and they needs me to leave in 5-minutes đ Terrible.
I could understand if I wasnât spending any money but I had bought two drinks and they advertise Wi-Fi like theyâre happy for you to work from there.
However if you donât order anything within 20 mins they claim your table is booked and ask you to leave.Made me feel completely invaluable to them once I put my wallet away.
Wont be using ever again. Greedy and donât care about customers just their purse. Completely short sighted, repeat business and word of mouth is the basis of small business particularly coffee shops⊠Poor management.
*reply below certainly justified my review. No apology and accusation of a false review. Gaslighting, wonderfulâŠ
There were empty tables in the restaurant đ it wasnât full⊠there was a free one behind me.
Iâve never been treated this way before in any coffee shops I visit and work. I was appalled by how I was treated and told almost everyone Iâve seen this weekend about this terrible experience.
The old cliche that âthe customer is always rightâ doesnât apply to this place. There is so many amazing coffee shops in Sheffield donât waste...

good afternoon, in the last 6 months, this was I still don't understand such a reaction, I think it was because she understood that we are not English, or even because we are Ukrainians. and became so aggressive. tastiest cafe I've seen in Sheffield. the food is very tasty, service girls, guys. everything is cool. last week I even personally thanked the chef, it was so delicious. and I started recommending him to everyone I know. but today, a woman who, in words, is the administrator and director and owner, shouted at me in the presence of a full landing of people. because I asked that my wife and two children and I could sit together or at least put a chair for her, away from the table where three people were sitting before and the chair was free. and she just shouted at the whole cafe and was aggressive that my children got scared and my son burst into tears in the corners of the cafe. I still don't understand such a reaction, I think it was because she understood that we are not English, or even because we are Ukrainians. and became so aggressive. let it be on my conscience, but it's a pity that I won't come here again, that's why it's not a normal attitude towards a person. and definitely not the attitude towards the client who brought you money and does free...

đ„Back to one of my faves this week for an amazing loaded croissant. Stuffed full of all the breakfasty goodness. Avo , scrambled, eggs bacon , halloumi, pea shoots and chivey sour cream. Delish. And massive đ€Ł
â€ïžđ»Kollective always serves up an amazing brunch , I'm also a fan of their chicken fried toast. A great calm oasis in the city centre. Would make a great remote working spot - think I may head back to work and brunch again soon!
đšđïžIn the gallery space there was a cool exhibition piece that I can only describe as a load of pillow spaghetti. I dont really know what it was but after that crossiant I really did feel like taking a nap in it đ€Ł
â€ïž Definitely one of my fave city centre spots
