Kurdish charcoal grill — Restaurant in Sheffield

Ordered twice from here now and the first time I was disappointed with what seemed like flakes of chicken. The second time as restirantes are putting sauces all over food and chips mixed in with food. I ordered a whole grilled chicken with rice and garlic saice, mixed shawarma with chips and garli sauce. On the shawarma I added a note within the order requesting Chips Seperate and Garlic Sauce seperate. Food arrived and the chicken was layed on a naan bread, rice seperate, salad also seperate and a tub of green sauce 🤔. Mixed shawarma came all seperate too wraps in paper wrapped up, meat separate, salad was also seperate and as requested chips came seperate and a tub of green sauce. Everything seperate 🤔 while placing the food together it was luke warm not even hot so had to re-heat everything while placing it together as for the green stuff could not work out not even by taste what it was so threw it away which was a waste of money. Once heated and put together was alright taste wise just will not order again as not happy. I bought chicken shawarma and it was stone cold and he used old prepare naan which was too cold as well and before i take that order i asked the staff member to cut it in half but he refused he said we don't cut in half i said i am one of your regurlar customer and i asked the staff member you used to cut it in half and he told me we stopped it now sorry and i asked him the reason he told me somebody complaint against us and i was shocked and he did not even give me proper reason which does make sense and i don't thing i am going back again to this restaurant and prices are gone up and if you don't get the good food as you want and london road is famous for take away and food we have more other options as well so you guys need to provide the best service to...

Genuinely had an amazing experience as always. Went with my wife and baby. The place was busy and seating took a couple of minutes. Staff could not be helpful enough apologising for making us stand for a few minutes while a table freed up. Food was almost immediate and fresh. The food as always is incredible 10/10. Amazing grilled options. Very reasonably priced. Only slight thing I could say is they used to include hummus as a dip which they now don't which is a shame.
