stood waiting ten to fifteen minutes in line to place my order behind only one person in , to buy 1 panini 1 sandwich 2 burgers and 2 coffees to then be sat waiting 35 minutes for the panini to be toasted, a panini that were already put together that only needed heating, the sandwich bread were crunchy, not soft, had clearly been sat on the shelf a lot longer than you would expect for a 3pound sandwich, the burgers were beyond dry to the point you put it in your mouth and the meat crumbles, ridiculous waiting time for your food to be overcooked and look messy, with burger van quality buns, the only thing that lifted our spirits were the fact thst a gentle member of staff apologised sincerely and offered us free refills on our coffee, will not be visiting...

We've eaten here several times in the past; usually fish and chips after a late food shop. Tonight, Saturday we returned after a long absence. Self service till ok but couldn't scan the More card. Waited ages for food which was ok for the price but too long a wait. Insufficient butter provided for the bread. No forks available. The only 3 forks in the container were filthy. We had to ask for a fork. No napkins, just kitchen roll. Café wasn't busy so no excuse except chronic staff shortage for poor service, perhaps. Coffee surprisingly good but 6 pint plastic milk container left out for customer use and...

Hi today my wife and I decided to go for breakfast upon arrival there were no clean trays. The drinks machine wasn’t working, but no one had the initiative to put a sign on saying out of order. There were no clean cups for tea or coffee also the order we placed came out wrong and then there was no condiments. The tables didn’t seem clean and they were used pots all over the unoccupied tables. It was the worst breakfast experience we’ve ever had ..Leaving the store, We reported this to the head manager who didn’t even give an apology . The managers response was I’ll deal with it ?? We will never be...
