Rassams Creamery Spital Hill — Restaurant in Sheffield

I was unsatisfied with the quality of food I ordered from Rassams Creamery (Spital hill location).

Firstly the milkshake was made to a very poor standard because I could only taste the ice cream and not the actual flavour of the milkshake. The milkshake was very thick because of the amount of ice cream which was in it which made it undrinkable. I could not even taste the actual flavour of the milkshake, it was only when the ice cream had melted I discovered the small crushed chocolate pieces at the bottom of the milkshake. I have visited Rassams Creamery on London Road and have placed UberEats orders there, and they always blend the shake together for the flavour.

I visited this ice cream shop just before closing time, and despite the staff already starting to clean up for the day, I was warmly welcomed by Anees. He was incredibly polite, and served me with a genuine smile that made the experience all the more enjoyable. His kindness and positive attitude truly stood out, even at the end of a long shift. Ordered and they had said it will be with us in 45 mins, we didn't receive the order until 2 hours later and the milkshake was missing when delivered. We had to call again and then they delivered a blob of ice cream with a bit of sauce in a cup. Shocking service. I only suggest ordering from here if you can...
