Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Sheffield

The building is fantastic and characterful,but the staff were really rude especially the young girl serving this afternoon. We were served the wrong drink, which we clearly both heard me say! There was no problem with making a mistake, but it was the attitude when I politely said so. I was shocked as the girl turned to the young lad and said 'what did it say on the ticket?" and they both just smirked at each other and made sarcastic faces right in front of me, as if I was lying. They were extremely miserable and slow at serving. The four of us stayed for a second drink (only as we were enjoying meeting up) and again we were given the wrong drink, I asked for hot chocolate and got a coffee with lots of syrup in. As before I had somebody else with me who had heard me ask for hot chocolate, the lad just said I must of got somebody else's order, but how? nobody else was queuing at the time. They were all really not bothered and obviously need some better management as their manners were terrible. I loved the building but I will go to...

I absolutely love Starbucks for both its coffee and the wonderful atmosphere it offers! As a videographer, I spend countless hours editing and consulting with clients, and Starbucks has become my go-to spot for these tasks. The combination of their delicious coffee and welcoming staff makes it the perfect place to fuel my creativity. I particularly appreciate that they're open until 10pm, which allows me to work into the late hours when inspiration strikes. Went in on Tuesday afternoon around 2pm and tried to use my Starbucks birthday reward coupon. I first ordered my drink from the Barista (a large iced mocha) and then asked him how I use the Birthday Reward Coupon. He glanced at my app and said that it could only be used on drinks like americanos and couldn’t be used for the drink I had just ordered. His manner and tone was very off, and I didn’t want to argue as it was my birthday. Afterwards I researched Starbucks Rewards T&C’s and it clearly states the birthday reward coupon entitles the customer to a free handcrafted beverage of your choice. The quality of the drink I was served was lacking in the usual flavour and also had little ice.

Apart from the poor service received, the actual store is lovely inside, original historic features in what was claimed to be the most haunted public house in Sheffield. Finding the entrance to the store carpark was a little confusing from...
