Ninja Warrior UK Adventure (Sheffield) — Attraction in Sheffield

On arrival I showed the screen shot of the booking when we placed the order in Sheffield, along with proof of purchase I knew where I was booking so must be an error on the website as the staff told me this wasn’t a single event, saying I didn’t book Sheffield when I know I did.

She said I’ll have to go to the other one and I said I can’t do that as I don’t no where the other one is, as I booked Sheffield, she couldn’t find it but only spent well appeared to spend seconds looking, I also said iv already paid it wasn’t cheap, and my session was now so even if I did know where it was I would be too late, I explained I have driven over an hour to bring my son here for his birthday we came straight from school so I was so disappointed as the whole day would have been gone and he is only 9 once, anyway she said I’ll have to just pay again and that it WAS NOT HER PROBLEM when I tried to resolve this. Which I was disgusted about as she’s the staff, well she said she was the manager, when I asked to speak to the manger and she said it was her so I asked who overlooked her and she pointed at a shy girl behind her who clearly wasn’t in a manager position, as well as herself. She did not show any care or compassion towards me after spending all that money on the tickets, and driving over an hour to visit. she didn’t give me any information on how to resolve this just … well that’s not my problem with a smile, which really made me upset being in such a hopeless situation. In the end I asked my son what he wanted to do and he wanted to leave so we left,

Albeit, a man come to our car who I have not seen who said he was the manager which I believed because he acted like he was in charge and cared about the business and the customers, he apologies about the error and said he has sent an email to fix this issue on the booking website as it wasn’t a single event, he gave me information on how to get a refund and I’m still welcome to come back and pay then apply for my refund which I was happy about, if this matter was dealt this way when I first arrived there would have been no issue and I would have written a good review as the staff in the actual play areas was so friendly and kind and caring, there was a lady stood around the shoed area in the play area who was so caring and worried about the kids everytime they did one of the courses incase they fell. She was very chatty and friendly and knew how to talk to the kids and the adults she deserves praise. She has people skills it’s a shame those girls at the front don’t as they are the first impression and it left a bad one but I will return as my matter was deals with by the real manager and my son had...

This place really go above and beyond! We visited a few weeks before my son’s birthday just to make sure it would be suitable as he wanted his party there. He had a great time so we booked in for 2nd April - during the Easter holidays.

We held my son’s 7th birthday party here at the beginning of the month. I was a little anxious as I’d read a couple of reviews from school holidays saying it was manic but I needn’t have worried. We arrived at 1:50pm ready for a 2pm start.

A couple of parents didn’t arrive and hadn’t let me know and there was a queue to check in so when we checked in at 2pm I was informed we would be running a bit late meaning the children wouldn’t get all the time on the equipment but Olivia said that she’d just start the party from quarter past so they all got their full hour. NOTE: check in no later than 15 minutes before your party (there’s no mention of this on booking or on the invitations but by the time all the children have signed in and got their socks and trainers back on, that’s usually 15 mins down). Starting your party later I suspect is dependant on no other parties being booked directly after. It was reasonably busy but definitely not manic - we had no complaints from the children throughout who were generally gone for long periods at a time, only checking back occasionally for drinks and to drag parents along to watch them on an obstacle.

The kids got a full hour on the park - juices were regularly topped up on the table and then after their hour running wild we had 45 minutes use of the party room which was a perfect amount of time for the children to eat and for us to do the cake! Pizzas, chicken nuggets and chips were plentiful for the amount of children and squash was topped up as and when needed. Olivia was more than happy to cut the cake for us - she was great throughout, very friendly and approachable. The venue was really adaptable - catering for my son who has allergies (I gave advanced notice of this), they gave me a choice for him of Hot Dog or Pizza and they were happy to show me the packaging of the pizza for my own clarity should I have wanted to check it.

My son had an amazing birthday, his friends all went home talking about it and asking their parents to take them back. Thank you for making it such a simple process. We’ll definitely be back as my little...

My daughter had a party today all my party guests and my daughter are neurodiverse with many different combined needs and all attend specialist provision school so I was nervous about doing a party our party host was Ella I explained about the children's Neurodiverse disabilities and she understood she was lovely as the children played on the equipment there was a girl and a boy who took to picking on my daughter all because my daughter had spoke up about this girl kept pushing in and not waiting her turn they then proceed to call my daughter mardy and kept going at her yes this girl was smaller than my child but not the point because she smaller does nor give her the right to push in and torment my child then my daughters friend started sticking up for daughter as the children were treating to get thier rugby player dad on my daughter by this time my daughter was in a state so I told one attendent that was stood at the side she in turn got out party just Ella who took the kids off to play then what I can only describe as a very angry mother of the children turned and I tried to explain to her what happened but instead she did not want to listen and blamed my daughter and her friends by calling the kids disgusting and pointing at them and the more she got in my face I was getting angry I was trying not then she said come on then hit me then u will have assaulted me and u will be arrested and charge so I turn my back on her and just talked to the manger on site and she was wonderful as I had already explained the situation to other staff and all this had been witnessed and I felt like this women had ruined my daughters birthday party and I got a bit upset but the manger reassured me that they would keep an eye on the children eventually staff came and said the family made to leave as the woman got aggressively in staff faces I just want to say really because of these staff members they saved my daughters party they looked all the children and gave the children extra time in the place in turn made a lot of kids happy and I am grateful to them so yes I would highly recommend can I just as well the lady was threatening to leave a bad review but I just wanted to let people know that the staff was wonderful and thank u for making my daughters birthday...
