An excellent local pub with a community feel…like a Sheffield version of 80s/90s sitcom, “Cheers,” without the awkward eccentric Psychiatrist and lacking a fat American bloke called Norm but where all the staff and regulars know your name.

The kegs and casks are carefully selected and as a result don’t hang around long, so rotate regularly. Variety is the spice of life after all. There are also some reasonably priced, good quality bar snacks and the staff might let you sneak in some food from nearby eateries if you’re fiercely loyal and don’t want to lose your seat.

The barman literally made the place, and you can tell because he makes the whole experience. It doesn't matter if you're a regular or first timer, you feel welcome.
