Great pub, much larger than I expected on the inside and a large garden out back. The landlord is a nice guy and knows his ales. For now there is some arcade machines available to play which are great fun to play with a few pints.

Yesterday, I went in for the first time since the railway has reopened. It was completely different to what I was expecting. There's a good selection of beers, a choice of craft keg & cask, not just the usual carling & stella, etc. Good lads behind the bar too. There's pool tables in the back room, TV's dotted around for the footie, Lots of old arcade games like pinball, pacman, space invaders, etc, in the front room, Plus old jukeboxes playing classics too!

A proper Pub with a Proper Landlady ..... the welcome's nearly as good as the beer !!
