We walked in just before 9pm on a weekday. There was no one eating in, so we asked if we could eat in.

Customer service We were unable to order at the desk due to the new covid-19 procedure in place - this is understandable so no problem here. So we went to a table and ordered there around 9.

There were several takeaways orders, but why did it take 30 mins for us to recieve our food? We were the only customers eating in! As we had to leave by 10pm, so I would have thought that we would have received service sooner. At 10 pm I was halfway through my food, so I had to take the rest home.

Hygiene Considering the restaurant was empty, there wasn't one completely clean table. I was absolutely horrified to see that not one member of staff had gloves on or washed their hands regularly! Food preparation was being handled with bare hands, served/ packed, then on to the next order.

Food The items ordered didn't come together - there was about a 5 min delay. I ordered the triple treat cookie dough and my other half ordered a "created your own" waffle. The waffle did not look appealing at all. Sauce is usually drizzled in a cute pattern, but this waffle was drenched - all in Carmel sauce. It wasn't pleasant. We both love to come to Creams and order the same items, but this was very sickly. The Oreo ice cream that came with my cookie dough tasted of the freezer, not oreo - it couldn't eat it. The food looked and tasted as if the staff couldn't be bothered.

If only a member of staff came to ask us how the food was, I would have been honest and my experience would have been uplifted.

I have been going to Creams and Kaspas across the country for years and this was by far the worse food and experience I received. I will not be going back to this branch.

I hope this review helps...

The owners really need to pay attention to what is going on here. The place is falling apart, appears dilapidated and decrepit. The decor is old and dirty. tears in the sofa, parts of furniture falling apart, broken tiles and so on.

They have four air con units in the store and with the blistering heat this weekend all of them were switched off. When i asked the staff to switch the air con on they responded with "we don't having any air conditioning", which was a blatant lie and if i am correct is against current building regulations legislation.

The milkshake\smoothie machine was broken at the time of my visit, which given the nature of the establishment defeats the purpose of really existing.

The manager is a half wit who does not fully comprehend nor understand the current legislation regarding COVID-19 and food establishments, incorrectly implementing the "Eat out to help out" scheme.

The rest of the staff could use a lesson or two in customer service skills.

Overall I am very disappointed with this particular branch, especially after what happened with the branch on Farnham Road, I would of thought the franchisers would have put more stringent controls and measures in place to prevent the same situation occurring again, after all it is their reputation and...

Super Disappointing Experience at Creams Cafe Slough I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Creams Cafe on Windsor Road was so bad that I felt compelled to share. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by their behavior, especially given the diversity of the community they serve. Being Sikh doesn't give anyone the right to be discriminatory or disrespectful to others, including Muslims. Not only were they rude, but when I raised my concerns, they dismissed me without a second thought. To make matters worse, I never received a refund for my order, which is unacceptable customer service. I even looked into their registration and found that they might not be operating legally—no surprise given the poor conditions I witnessed. Their food hygiene practices seemed questionable at best. I plan on reporting this establishment to the authorities for further investigation. This place is a disgrace to the Asian community and should be ashamed of their behavior. I will never return and urge others to stay away as well. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat!

Have been here only once but what a great service! The manager very kindly replaced our drink due to a faulty container, and free of charge! Ordered a cookie dough (and bubble tea) - the cookie dough presentation was excellent and tasted really good, unfortunately forgot to take a picture. However I do feel for the price the portion size was small - I've been to another famous chain called Kaspas which is so far the best when it comes to portion size and price, btw price was similar to Creams except portion size is bigger. I specifically say this because we've also been to Treatz in Slough High St (they could learn a lesson or two from Creams as the cookie dough was so poorly presented !). The bubble tea was not that great, perhaps more choices could be added to the menu. The interior of Creams Slough itself is very pleasant and colourful, you feel like going there and having something warm unlike Treatz.

Thought I'd try the bubble tea since there were some positive reviews on here. Never again. Sorry creams but this has to be the worst bubble tea I've ever had. The strawberry milk tea tasted like strawberry nesquick, wouldn't be surprised if that's what it is. There's nothing 'tea' about it. The Tapioca had hard centres. Not cooked properly. Texture of the Tapioca was crumbly more than chewy. I've not bothered trying the taro milk tea yet because I'm so put off the Tapioca. The waffle on the other hand was actually very nice and fresh so that's what the stars are for. I'd rate it 5/5. 0 stars for bubble tea :(
