Came in Saturday 2sept, at 2.30pm , hot food heating shelf empty, pizza and pasties on low. Staff had no interest in replenish the hot food like wedges, Mac and cheese etc. was served by geethika and Hamesha (name started with H)? , when requested hot food staff had no interest in making hot food , customers where turned away for the hot food by telling the wait time as an excuse it will be too long . Customers felt they had limited choice to choose from. Staff was extremely lazy in filling up hot food considering it lunch time lots of staff also popped in from currys . Familllies also felt obliged to only choose left over pasties after no wedges nor Mac and cheese. Chicken bites where not enough. Disgusting to walk in at lunchtime and hardly any hot food...

i arrived at greggs west gate retail park around 6:30am for a coffee, realising my drill battery was dead, i went inside and ask for the manager and i was greeted with Pam i explained my situation and pam instantly agreed to help me by showing me a plug socket for my charger. i decided to get a breakfast baguette deal while i wait. Lorina served me and it was by far the best service i’ve ever had from a greggs. Lorina was soft spoken kind and very helpful.
