⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6/5 Stars We had the absolute pleasure of having House of Chaat cater for our Sangeet event, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to accommodate every request made the experience truly stress-free.
Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! House of Chaat didn’t just provide incredible chaat; they also served mouthwatering mains and delicious desserts that had our guests coming back for seconds (and thirds!). Every dish was packed with authentic flavours, made with fresh ingredients, and presented beautifully. The chaats were bursting with the perfect balance of spice, crunch, and tang, the mains were comforting and flavourful, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal.
But what truly set House of Chaat apart was their exceptional service. They weren’t just caterers; they were an integral part of making our celebration special. Even though they weren’t responsible for serving drinks, their team took turns ‘manning’ the drinks station without hesitation—something they absolutely didn’t have to do! Their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
Without a doubt, House of Chaat will be our go-to supplier for all future events! If you’re looking for an outstanding catering experience with food that will leave your guests talking for weeks, House of Chaat is the only choice. A perfect 6 out of 5 stars—because they truly exceeded every expectation!
Thank you, House of Chaat, for making our Sangeet Event...
Read moreWe ordered spring rolls, Masala chips & Gobi manchurian for takeaway. Once home we opened up the containers and received x3 dishes of chaat instead? Honestly don’t understand how this is even possible when we didn’t even order chaat in the first place? What makes it worse is that we waited for 45 minutes just for us to go home and be given the completely wrong dish. Bad impression for a newly opened restaurant.
Update: These events took place in September & decided to dine in this time as they messed up our takeaway order previously.
I revisited this restaurant again and ordered Manchurian balls however they were out of stock, fair enough.
Our drinks arrived first and inside one of our mango milkshakes were 2 dead flys! Yes that’s correct 2 dead flys. We called staff and asked for a replacement, once the staff arrived to our table they had a quick glimpse at the drink and said there is nothing wrong with the drink and that there isn’t any flys inside. I insisted them to please take a proper look at the drink and at that moment they realised yes there really is 2 dead flys and apologised. The replacement drink wasn’t brought out till many minutes later.
Once our food arrived the chilli paneer which we had just so happened to taste rotten and smelt awful.
Very low quality assurance for a fairly new restaurant, I would not recommend this place at all and will never...
Read moreIt was an absolute pleasure to dine at House of Chaat on 2 consecutive occasions recently.
I hadn’t been for some time , and from the moment we walked in on Saturday evening , I was welcomed back , with a genuine smile from 2 of the longer serving staff members .
The place was busy with a cross section of all ages and cultures enjoying a ‘homely’ environment .
My guest and I enjoyed the thali ( set platter) options , which was presented well , piping hot , and more than sufficient , my guest was very complimentary about his non veg thali and it didn’t take me long to devour my veg thali .
The accompanying drinks ( wines ) were again served in the appropriate glassware and suitably chilled.
Service was unobtrusive and professional .
On Sunday ( Mother’s Day ) and a very full restaurant , I got to try the long awaited breakfast menu which now has additional North and South Indian options with the addition of Dosas , Idli and Uttapam. The spice levels were perfect , taste exceptional and service at their usual consistently high standards.
Overall , with ease of parking ( car reg at the counter inside the restaurant ) an exciting and evolving menu choice , drinks selection , service , and a family vibe with home style cooking , it’s a must go if you haven’t been.
Thank you to the hard working team at House of Chaat . A very happy and full returning...
