Costa Coffee — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

Great place for coffee and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and always find the time to interact even though they look very understaffed most of the time I've been in. It does get busy and so it does take time to be served but the staff are very professional and apologise for the wait, you can only go as fast as the coffee machine lets you is what I always say to them. I've also noticed in the mornings the manager is the only one who isn't welcoming to any customer and seems a little grumpy and on edge so I now avoid this as I'd rather go at busier time and wait to be served as it so nice to just enjoy...

This is a nice store and the staff seem friendly and efficient with your orders. There was a nice selection of cold and hot sandwiches and a nice selection of cakes. Of course there was the usual selection of coffees. The shop is ground-floor and easy access if disabled. There are other stores in the vicinity, for instance, Iceland, Morrisons, Aldi, a charity shop, pet shop, tall chimney restaurant, cinema, gym and a home bargains but that's closed for refurbishment and due to open in April. Overall a good little stop, no matter what your after. Parking g for 3 hours, if using one of the stores...

Lovely staff the bloke with longer hair is lovely the women always makes out coffees so perfect 🥰 💞 lovely women with tattoos always puts right amount of caramel in my iced caramel lattes I used to go regularly not been in a while me and hubs will be back soon can't fault them . They make our drinks perfectly and do it with a smile on there face and a pleasure to speak with aswell lovely team . So much better than Burton costa and others . We love this costa because 9f great customer service and best 👌 ☕ coffee...
