Subway — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

This place is a joke. went in for the first time yesterday and there was two staff on. A male and a female.

The male was more intetested in talking to two customers before me about Fornite, Destiny and playstation 4s than serving me.

The female looked lost and didnt know what the hell she was doing. Bare in mind the place was dead it took me 5 minutes to be served by this women

She could look more bothered if she tried. Not greeting me not asking me what i wanted. She just stared at me with a blank expression until i started talking.

Took her a good 10 minutes to maje my two subs and the male working WAS STILL talking to the two customers before me, both stood at the till on their phones comparing destiny gun packs, whilst my subs were sat there going cold.

It was only after 5th Sigh and eye roll that they stopped talking allowing me to get my food but they were cold by this point anyway.

as first impressions go these two staff members working early on the 29th augusr were useless and shouldnt be working there. it angered me to the point where ill never go bac that subway.it...

Wouldn't even rate it a 1star. We come regularly and is normally great. Today they had a bit of a queue and were rushing our order. They got multiple things wrong I had jalapeños in my subway when it doesn't even come with jalapeños and I hate them. We asked for No onions, they started putting onions in so had to ask them again to take them out. An onion was still left in my sub. They then made us pay for the subs when we hadn't even gotten our drinks. We got drinks paid separately and then was even made to pay again for 50p for the smallest bit of avacado. We asked for beef taco nachos we got the vegetarian version! Didn't realise until we got back home. Called up an no help from them. They even blamed it on us!!! £20 wasted on this with no help from the managers and the staff had...

Staff were clearing up around 6pm although it stays open till 10pm which made me feel as if I was in the way as they were mopping up around us. All the chairs were stacked and table moved to the edges. Wasn't asked at till if I had a subcard. It's a shame because normally staff seem friendly and look as if they enjoy working but here they didn't we were a inconvenience. Also people behind us order Nacho's and meat balls the server just got a bag of Doritos out in full view and pinged them in the mircowave.. which seems a bit of a cheat that it could be done at home I understand that this is what you get but at least hide it abit so it seems like your paying for...
