Sun Hall — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

Ordered from Sun Hall tonight, meat found in vegetarian food. When I called to complain I was told they use the same woks for all meals so probably a piece of chicken left in the wok. Had to argue to be refunded for food unable to eat due to meat in it. Went to collect refund & felt verbally attacked by staff who were far from apologetic and made out like I was making up finding meat in the food (why would anyone do that?!?!) & they kept asking why I hadn’t brought them the food back (I explained they hadn’t asked me to do this when I spoke to them on the phone and it was now in the bin due to the meat in it!). They alleged they cook vegetarian food separately but the person I’d spoken to on the phone confirmed she’d told me probably meat left in the wok. Enjoyed the food and service from this local Chinese Takeaway for many years until this weekend. I don't know if it's changed hands as I have not been for a few months however, understandably the price has gone up slightly which is not a problem but the quality seems to have gone down. All the dishes we ordered were not the same fresh hot taste that we have grown used to. After ordering to collect we were told to give them 30 minutes before collecting, we then had to wait a further 25 minutes in the takeaway before the food arrived, several other people who arrived after us got their meals first, and on getting home the food was only warm. Know idea what had happened, but unfortunately won't be going back...

STOP DONT BUY Well just got back from a week away and been fancying a Chinese meal. So we got one from Sun Hall willington and it was disgusting they have a food hygiene rating of 3 witch is bad. The food was bland with no taste and full of oil. To be honest I will never have anything from there again.
