We had dinner at The Gurkhas on Friday 5 September, just three days after its opening, and have since been there again. The food is delicious, the wine list great, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. The Gurkhas is not a re-branding of previous restaurants at the same premises but a new venture for its three owners, built on the success of their two other restaurants in Peterborough. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm ambiance and attentive service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — you can tell that only the freshest ingredients are used.

We especially loved momo and lamb chops which was cooked to perfection. The menu had a thoughtful variety, catering to all tastes, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a flawless meal.
