Costa Coffee — Restaurant in South Norfolk

As far as food and drink is concerned this outlet is pretty much on par with every other Costa out there. But I noticed that tables were not being cleared at regular intervals, and I saw lots of people having to transfer dirty crockery from tables when they found a seat. Secondly the noise level was insane. It was impossible to have a conversation.
