It’s KFC what more can I really say. Well let’s try car park was virtually empty so easy to park short walk to the restaurant staff were friendly service was ok not brilliant as I think they were training staff but people have to be trained we got a few things wrong but I’ve come to expect that from KFC. 🤦♂️🤷🏻♂️just saying. I don’t tend to leave the drive throughs any more without thoroughly checking my order as driving all the way home to find half your meal is missing is a tad annoying but that’s another story. 👀anyway the meals were soon put right. We sat near a window overlooking the garden and struck up a conversation with complete strangers which is a norm I think. Our seats were kinda comfy the table and floors were clean but apart from the other family and a flock of delivery drivers the place was empty. The toilets were spotless and easily accessible. I have to say this from past experience of KFC I’m glad to see they have finally returned to serving walk in customers as well as delivery drivers. Maybe it’s just this location but past experience of KFC with long waits having delivery drivers given priority turned me away from KFC. But that’s just my opinion this place was ok but again it might have been the time of day. We had bucket for one and a trilogy for one, some hot wings, and some other small bits of chicken like popcorn. Chips I wish they would do a larger serving of chips as 1/2 doz with a meal don’t cut it. Well not for me. Anyway that’s it...

Absolutely awful, ordered on my app then went to collect, i bought an extra 10 mini fillets when i arrived, i was given the mini fillets in the first ten minutes but after half hour of waiting for my app order i asked how much longer would it be i was looked at with lots of confusion from behind the counter and practically ignored, i persisted with the wait amongst lots of other disgruntled customers having the same experience. Having got to an hours wait.... i observed the staff ignoring long waiting customers, delivery drivers swanning in easily collecting their orders (actually 2 delivery drivers returned upon my wait) staff going around the back laughing about customers complaining) customers returning wrong orders, rudeness from staff. I couldn't bare anymore of this entertainment on my Saturday evening so requested a refund so i could escape this shoddy experience, i left hungry angry and vowed i wouldn't return here if it was free.Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review. 26.01.25 Update for the owner as I see you've responded with a vacuous reply.
I was waiting for 29 mins for two orders of wings, there was one customer in the restaurant and one car in the drive through when I ordered.
No apology or goodwill gesture when the order was brought to my car.
See my previous reviews, your branch is consistently appalling. I've complained to KFC corporate.
Your franchise licence/agreement should be withdrawn from you. This restaurant has been bad for years. My fault for thinking you could've improved.
25.01.25, Didn't learn my lesson. I thought after almost a year and a half things would've improved, I was wrong. Currently waiting 20+ mins for wings. Still in the car park as there was a 'problem with the wings'. At least we were given our drinks, with no straws.
17.09.23 Why did I return. 23 mins waiting for wings. One other customer, no one I drive thru and no delivery orders. No explanation, no apology. The only other customer was offered a freebie, I wasn't.
07/04/19 Whilst waiting for quite a while for my order someone came back to rectify a mistake KFC made. When I got my order home it was missing a significant amount.
Something is up with this branch. Will not be using it again.
