A wonderful tea room nestled away in the antique shop. Much like the treasures you’ll will find in the shop this hidden gem is a must visit. The service is excellent, the cakes and scones are delicious and the sandwiches are lovely. They also provide interesting blends of tea including winter tea that was spiced and flavourful even in the summer heat and the Darjeeling tea was also a hit. My recommendations are the salmon sandwiches, victoria sponge cake (one of the best I have tried), winter tea and the scone (very light and subtle).

My fiance and I visited the wallingford tea room a couple of weeks ago to celebrate his birthday. We asked for an afternoon tea and it was apparently the first one they did since they opened. It was absolutely fantastic with lots of lovely options. Phil personally catered for my fiance's nut allergy and talked us through everything he personally made. The tearoom is the loveliest addition that Wallingford needed! Highly recommended! Excited to go back!

We are full of praise from our visit. Wallingford is well worth a visit anyway but this would make your visit so special. Nesltled in amongst an amazing antiques shop complex it is thoughtfully laid out and they were so attentive to my wife's needs with her Stoma bag. The food was fantastic, just what you would hope for from an afternoon tea, and more. Thank you to the team, we had a wonderful time.

What a thoroughly pleasant visit we had to your tearoom today. The two carrot soup and toast we had were absolutely delicious .... the cake was adorable, the earl-grey tea fantastic and the scone .... well what can I say except it was scrumptious.... we will be back - for sure. The venue was truly wonderful - lovely staff, lovely atmosphere - even the music was delightful. Thank you. Update: Just made another visit to the Tearoom and I understated the quality of the scones - they are not just scrumptious - they are yummy, yummy scrumptious. The soup was delicious as was the Jaffa Cake. Good job I don't live next door - I'd be in there all the time....

A really lovely, elegant space with a luxurious feel. A well priced menu with good choices for veggie and non veggie, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Food is delicious and beautifully presented - efficient but unobtrusive service. The only slight downside for some may be that it is upstairs and so not be suitable for those with limited mobility (although, apparently, you can eat in the little courtyard downstairs) -- otherwise would ABSOLUTLEY recomend and will...
